RATES & PRICING
RATES:
LOW SEASON: May 1 to November 15 - $250/night
HIGH SEASON: November 16 to December 14 & January 3 to April 31 - $300/night
PEAK SEASON: December 15 to January 2: $350/night
TERMS:
A deposit of 25% is required to hold reservation.
100% refundable if canceled prior to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund if reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Final payment is due 15 days before arrival.
Payment of refundable security deposit of $300 and cleaning fee of $75 can be paid with final payment.
Payment can be made by check, bank transfer or cash. All prices are quoted in US dollars
Upon final payment an informational email will be sent with directions and condo usage specifics.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Rates include membership in; The Club at Coco Bay - restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts and pool/spa.
Also membership in The Coco Bay Estates Beach Club - palapa bar/restaurant and pool.
Refundable damage deposit $300
Cleaning Fee of $75
